Our Personal Training program is designed to help people all ages and shapes to reach their goals. Most sessions are 1-on-1 but we also offer 2-on-1 people if you have a family member or friend interested in training with you.

Our rates for 1-on-1 Personal Training:
10 Sessions Punch Card = $750 (3 Months Expiry Date) - 75/hour
5 Session Punch Card = $425 (2 Months Expiry Date) - 85/hour
1 Session = $95/hour
Our rates for 2-on-1 Personal Training:
10 Sessions Punch Card = $1000 (3 Months Expiry Date) - 100/hour
5 Session Punch Card = $625 (2 Months Expiry Date) - $125/hour
1 Session = $150/hour
