Starting our new Youth CrossFit Programs will help your kids promote a healthy lifestyle and excel at life!

These classes are made up of various fun and functional exercises to improve strength, coordination, agility and endurance! Whether your kids have been active their whole life or are looking to start a new healthy after school hobby, our program ensures that they will be safe and have fun while doing it!

Our coaches will be working closely with each of the kids regularly ensuring that they progress effectively and learn proper technique on all exercises.
