We are excited to announce this upcoming 12 week, pre-registered challenge for EVERYONE and ANYONE who wants to try CrossFit.

No matter what your fitness level is, we are welcoming all levels from couch potatoes to fitness enthusiasts to try CrossFit! You'll learn proper technique on pulling, pressing, squatting, rope climbing, all sorts of gymnastics, the Olympic lifts and so much more. After this 12 weeks you will feel stronger than ever and be eligible to join our regular CrossFit Classes!
